Behind the scenes of world history
How to understand the political course of the world's history?
In the previous topic: "The meaning of the spiritual history of humanity" I explained the course of the spiritual renewal of humanity against the backdrop of historical events. I tried to show that political and economic conditions may in fact have less influence on the course of human history than often marginalized spiritual conditions.
However, now I will return to these conditions once again in order to show that even behind the scenes of economic and political events may be the operation of the rights of God’s Providence. Let me remind you again what I mean by Providence written in capital letters. Divine Providence is the action of God's laws and principles that guides everything created by God to a state of perfection. In the present state of the world, it acts as a permanent signpost to the people living in a fallen world in the correct direction of the path to the Kingdom of Heaven. On the other hand, humanity is still under the severe influence of forces contrary to the concept of Providence. I will therefore examine who or what stands behind the scenes of human history.
First, we need to know what is the level of understanding of the Creator's existence and His influence on the shaping of our civilization. I remind you that only people can determine it in the entire universe. The number of those who believe in the existence of some Original Causative Being is many times greater than those who think that He does not exist. Even if this statistic was not so unfavorable for non-believers, it can be seen that this situation is the cause of deep social divisions due to beliefs. This creates a state of instability of political structures and, above all, it is the origin of conflicts.
Exactly the same reasoning applies to the possibility of existence of the causative power of evil, or Satan. Unfortunately, the number of those who believe only in the causative power of God prevails, and they do not believe in the parallel influence of the power of evil. To make matters worse, faith in the existence of God without faith in the existence of Satan causes that God is not only a source of good, but He also allows evil. And in fact it is not. Meanwhile, the existence of a huge evil causative power can explain many phenomena in the history of mankind. For example, this is about political phenomena, or power.
If we do some philosophical, sociological or scientific analysis, not taking into account the existence of laws derived from the First Cause and the presence of evil mechanisms, we must take into account that the conclusions of such analysis will be inaccurate or even incorrect. This may, above all, cause a significant misunderstanding of the present state of our world.
Usually, we are dealing with publications of research results that do not take into account the influence of forces from the spiritual world regarding the course of human history. Therefore, in this report I feel obliged to present the results of my thoughts related to the effects of these forces on our everyday life. It is most often seen through the mechanisms of power at various levels of society. Positively approaching the issue, power is needed in a situation where many or very many people must live in one environment, starting from the family, through various organizations, and ending with specific states and the whole world. It is here that the colossal difference between the order arising from God's providence and the contradictory action of Satan manifests itself most. It is power that is the main place of activity of the mechanisms of evil. As I explained this in several places in this study, the influence of "the master of this world" on social phenomena is many times more powerful than the laws and principles derived from the Creator.
From the course of human history, it can be seen that political systems developed in previous centuries are disappearing more and more. There are no more pharaohs, omnipotent emperors or other "God's anointed ones". Difficulties remain in power with different regimes, colonialism collapsed, and single bleeding leaders are gradually eliminated. There are only a few remains of the communist system, which in the twentieth century created on the half of the world totalitarian states, which could lead to the outbreak of the Third World War.
These changes lead to a situation in which most of the world will be governed in a democratic way. This system of government has been developing for a long time, but it has only recently become more and more of the right shape. To tell the truth, people sensed that there should be a perfect system for managing large communities. They saw how their own body functions. It was a kind of model of perfect organization of social life. It could be a clue as to what a real democracy should look like.
According to one theory, European democracy derives from Christianity. In this case, the slogan "freedom, equality, fraternity" is too secular. It's the last part, or brotherhood. It is begging that next to freedom and equality, which are close to the ideals of the Creator, the word love appears, which has much more value than brotherhood. Then democracy would gain a close relationship with the greatest human value. It would then have much deeper spiritual foundations and thanks to that she would be much more durable.
Is it possible to build democracy on love?
On the part of the Creator, the introduction of love for the current affairs of human life can take on very specific forms, that is, aim at building an ideal economic and political system. I suppose that the Creator was preparing a kind of democracy based on freedom, equality and love understood as the basis of the Kingdom of Heaven. The world of God may be similar to the world of honest democracy, with the difference that the content of the constitution's provisions would be based on the laws and principles of social life prepared by Him. The Creator is perfect and He has introduced His perfect law in the creation of the world. It embraced basic areas of life and was coded in the principles of creation from the beginning. Therefore, democracy from the Creator has always existed and only waited for its practical application. It can therefore be assumed that some European thinkers or philosophers did not create it. They only discovered that she was waiting for us for a long time and tried to describe it. It is like the discovery of a law of physics that has always existed, and at one point has been recognized and described by one or several scientists.
Unfortunately, the practical implementation of the Law of God has not come into effect because, as a result of the fall of the first people, it has been perverted by the unlawful "master of this world" as Jesus called it. Satan does not have to comply with any rules or orders set by the Creator. In fact, he ignores all his rights. In the meantime God must be guided by the primordial principles and His eternal law, because it is perfect and is in Himself. The Creator does not break the laws that He established. On the other hand, Satan does the opposite. It can act and break all rules and norms with impunity. This is a very uneven fight at the backstage of our world, which I called hell. Hence the apparent advantage of Satan over God and the lack of a perceptible presence of God among people.
So why do we need democracy?
We have a lot of bad experiences after the rule of emperors, kings, satraps, self-governing dictators, revolutionary committees, and especially after the rule of the communist totalitarianism. For now, we can clearly say that the only reasonably good solution is democracy. Unfortunately, in its present form, it is often not very satisfying, imperfect, and sometimes simply untrue. This is because almost no one wonders what its form would be the closest to a social system consistent with the laws established by the Creator.
The basic condition of democracy are free, universal, equal and fair elections, which select the representatives of the nation in the form of a parliament, an independent president, various local self-government bodies and independent judges.
The second basic condition is the division of powers. Representatives of the nation should maintain an appropriate division into legislative, executive and judiciary power.
A certain opposite of the proper democracy should be the countries with a totalitarian communist system. There are elections there, there is a parliament, the government and the president, the judiciary is working, but everyone knows that the functioning of the state is controlled centrally by the political party and there is no real democracy there.
Unfortunately, this phenomenon has a much larger range, but less noticeable. In countries considered to be democratic, in which there are institutions chosen by all citizens, everything seems to be theoretically fine. Meanwhile, often the state of democracy in many countries is far from ideal, because people exercising power in them derive experiences from totalitarianism, especially from communism.
I would like to emphasize once again that the real model for democracy is the human body. The plane for its functioning is the skeletal and muscular system moved by the nervous system, the central point of which is the brain. As for the current life support, we actually have its three main systems: respiratory, circulatory and digestive. Although these three structures of our body cooperate with each other while maintaining vital functions, they simultaneously operate independently of each other. Of course, the human body cannot function without any of these systems and without their harmonious cooperation. However, the penetration of one of them to the other most often causes death. For example, a man can suffocate with an excess of food. It is also dangerous to get blood into the digestive or respiratory system, because its presence there usually means fatal internal hemorrhage. All three must therefore be separated from each other so that they can form one healthy human body.
The state organism should function in a democratic system in the same way. The state operates in a specific area related to communication systems resembling a human body. There are citizens in it who are able to connect to political parties whose activity can be similar to the functioning of the nervous system in the human body. On the other hand, power can be compared to the operation of three systems (respiratory, blood and digestive) that support life. This means that the legislative, executive and judiciary powers should be effectively separated. We can speak about democracy only when the three authorities, acting in control of each other, act separately and do not interfere in their competences. By the very principle of operation of this system, they should be equal, selectable by the majority of citizens and cooperate on the basis of one constitution. Then we can talk about a harmonious state organism.
Actually, we can only expect true democracy under the patronage of the Creator, who can be compared to the human brain. At the same time, his laws and principles could be compared to the principles of functioning of a healthy human body. Their proper writing would be the basis of the universally binding constitution. Unfortunately, it is still in the realm of dreams. No one can be forbidden to dream about it, because these dreams can come true one day. For now, we have a "different brain", but it will be below.
Poor democracy can be threatened by totalitarianism. It is the system by which evil in the world is still doing well. Totalitarianism is a total denial of democracy. He rules with fear and coercion. It treats a man almost like an animal that can be subordinated to both, teach the required behavior and make obedience to power. It proclaims that he wants to help people, introducing order, order and justice, and in fact strives to take full control over the lives of individuals and entire societies. It is still looking for enemies to justify the need for his existence. It only considers the values chosen by it for the good. It often uses a lie, which allows him to break the laws established in democracy with impunity. Most often it cannot be removed by democratic methods, and stopping its rule is almost always connected with a blood donation. Generally speaking, such a dictatorship is completely contrary to the divine concept of a civilization guided by true love and good. That is why I say that totalitarianism is a system that has preserved injustice for centuries on our Earth and is a constant, recurring mechanism that keeps our fallen civilization at a constant level of evil.
If a politician or political party uses untruth to win democratic elections or to stay in power, it means that it fits into the mechanism of maintaining power by the "master of this world". That's what he used untruthfully in the Garden of Eden, so that he would lie over the first people. If he did this with two innocent children of God, then the more so this technique can deceive members of every society in a fallen world. Through the lies in the Garden of Eden, Satan gained power over people and "arranged" our civilization for us. Therefore, anyone who takes an example from it creates evil. This translates into the emergence of totalitarianisms in societies and perpetuates the "arranging" of the world in an anti-divine way. The citizens of every country should pay attention to such behavior of politicians.
Unfortunately, behind the scenes of the development history of the present democracy, which should be based on the eternal laws of God, often the same illegal "ruler" is standing, which in the Garden of Eden prevented the creation of the world under the supremacy of Heavenly Father. For now, he has no intention of giving his authority to the legitimate Creator of humanity. The fruit of the situation is the present imperfect state of democracy, which we all witness, sometimes even painfully experiencing it on our own skin.
It would be great if we could finally fully understand the laws and principles established by the Creator, and hence his concept of democracy. It's all about getting to know the assumptions of God's Constitution that are not known to us, which would be the basis for perfect democracy. In the meantime, understanding God's point of view is virtually impossible for a human living in our earthly hell. His Constitution refers to the world under His authority, and such a world has never been realized. This brief moment in the history of mankind, which preceded the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, gives us too little information about the future organization of life in the Kingdom of Heaven. The only thing we have at our disposal are the guidelines for this future Constitution in the form of the three great blessings spoken by the Creator, which speak about the growth, reproduction and the dominion of man over the earth (Genesis 1:28).
These blessings suggest that the individual should be provided with the conditions for his full development, until he attains personal perfection. It also induces God's children to start a family so that they can live fully in their child, marital and parental love. In the end, they are calling people to try to be the right masters of the Earth. What we have left of the first moments of the emerging Kingdom of Heaven is this declaration of God's Will. The rest has already ruined the fall of the first people.
After this fall, we are forced ourselves, without the support of Heavenly Father, to create an organization of life on Earth, relying only on our own sense and observation of phenomena in nature. Fortunately, there are still laws of physics, chemistry and biology that have not been destroyed by the fall; they are still from the Creator. Unfortunately, not all of these laws can serve as a model for organizing our lives, because people are only a small percentage of nature and are certainly not animals. In particular, there is no democracy in nature, and we should not transfer biologism to the organization of social life.
Many people ask why the world is so badly organized and who actually rules this world?
Although many people think that the world is ruled by God, the previous chapters show that this cannot be true. Quite a serious percentage of us think that the world is ruled by people. It should actually be from the beginning of human history. According to the original concept of the universe, the Creator has established His laws because every creator behaves like this, having a clear vision of his work. Unfortunately, as I wrote in the previous paragraphs, we did not know this original concept yet. One of the followers of Jesus Christ, St. Paul, he left us no illusions about it, saying: "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him". (1 Cor 2: 9). At present different leaders, different organizations, different governments affect our fate, but somehow we always have doubts whether they are doing it right. From previous chapters, it follows that after the fall of Adam and Eve a fallen nature was found in them, under Satan's control. So, although it seems to us that the world is ruled by people, unfortunately this is not true. Behind the scenes of human history, still alive in hell, Satan stands. It is he who manages the sphere he has created, and it is not worth to cheat by saying that God interferes directly in our daily lives. God certainly does not rule our reality!
So how does Satan control our world?
Of course, through people. Those in the spiritual world and those on Earth. We are susceptible to its influence due to the existence of inherited fallen nature. The one who is not subject to and never subjected to the influence of Satan or any other evil creature in the spiritual world is Jesus Christ. He inherited from God a pure personality, or primordial nature, but He does not have that fallen one. Thanks to this, He can stand against Satan and other evil beings. Meanwhile, all people on Earth have two natures, the primary one and this fallen one, unfortunately the latter is dominant. That is why they are so vulnerable to Satan's influence. It is therefore worth seriously paying attention to this in everyday life.
The fallen spiritual world, headed by Satan, influences our will to a different extent, and thus our fate. This mechanism of influence can sometimes be quite strong. This applies first of all to the possibility of controlling individual persons who may even adversely affect millions of people. For this reason, Satan's rule over humanity has continued for thousands of years. Both he and those who are influenced by him in the spiritual world do not usually change their views on the will to dominate people. This feature is inherited by the ruling leaders, especially those who can exert a real influence on the fate of nations, and even on the whole of the Earth. They usually remain under the control of the "master of this world". That is how dangerous, criminal rulers appear in various nations. These people are basically unreformable. They are wasting their mad progress, creating the evil that keeps our imperfect civilization functioning. They usually have a degenerate, though strong personality, they are deaf to criticism and devoid of objective self-esteem. Such people were cruel, criminal nobles who for thousands of years gave their voices to all nations. Similar to them also appear in our times, and we still experience suffering because of their activities.
Such political leaders, in order to come to power, use populism and lies. This is because their hidden master is Satan himself, called Jesus the father of lies. So these people can be controlled by Satan without even realizing it. He can stealthily control their personality. Then the mechanism leading to the creation of a totalitarian system begins to operate. Such a "political leader" visited by the "master of the world" gathers adoring followers around him. He teaches them to lie and hate political opponent so that later they teach these lies and the hatred of other citizens. They formulate these lies so that they look like truth and that they can be called love for their homeland. An interesting phenomenon is that people following such a "haunted" by the leader of Satan get rid of all moral brakes, creating evil with conviction about the rightness of their behavior. They defend their views with a persistent belief in their rightness or with cynicism resulting from the desire to stay in power and gain profits from their privileged position. Sometimes, in their wrong conduct, they outdo even their leader, feeling subconsciously that he is responsible for everything they do. Perhaps they are taking an example from Satan himself, who also has around him a huge group of fallen angels called demons or evil spirits. All followers of this leader gradually succumb to the influence of the evil spiritual world. They form a strong team, strengthening their power with an obedient army and police to control society. Then they use fear and terror. An extreme example of the use of such a mechanism was not so long during the reign of Adolf Hitler. This criminal leader was able within a few years to change a large part of his country's citizens into criminals who murdered tens of millions of Europeans.
In any case, most wars have a "satanic" basis, although they seem to be in the name of specific goals, for example, the acquisition of a new territory with its riches or ruthless political power. On the other hand, pseudoreligious ground was particularly visible in the wars of Christians converting different peoples with the sword or in analogous actions of Muslims who imposed on Islam the so-called infidels. This was also evident in many direct clashes of the world's largest religions. On the banners of militant parties, the word "God" often appeared, although the word Satan should be seen there. Generally speaking, none of these phenomena can be completely explained without considering the mechanisms of evil flowing from the fallen spiritual world.
Therefore, in this study, I stress that Satan is behind the scenes of human history.
But God also remains to some extent present in the background of our history, but only because the bond of the Heart of God has not been completely broken with the heart of every human being. At the same time, the Creator maintains His laws and principles in eternal duration. Through this, he supports our efforts on the way to the salvation of the world. This participation in the history of mankind is called Divine Providence. Thank God and human knowledge about His Will, there is still the promise of the ideal world that awaits us. We will know it after going back to the Kingdom of Heaven awaiting us. This path is the providential renewal of humanity, which continues despite the obstacles of Satan. It began just after the fall of Adam and Eve, and we can observe it up to the present times. This will be discussed in the next chapter.
